Misty in parts of the east to start, with sunnier breaks developing elsewhere with scattered showers, some heavy with isolated thunderstorms across the midlands and west. Highest temperatures of 13 to 18 degrees in light to moderate east or northeast winds.

Drier conditions developing with clear spells and just well scattered showers over the southern half of the country. Lows of 7 to 11 degrees in light easterly breezes. Mist patches too.

Sunny spells and scattered showers, most frequent in the southwest with much of the north and northeast staying dry. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees, with just light easterly breezes.
